We are re-defining confidence as the willingness to show up and try despite risks and uncertainties. It's important to keep your eyes on who you serve and show up for instead of navel gazing, and when you believe you don't have confidence to speak up and say you're a coach, you'll end up in self-sabotaging cycles.
